You can schedule up to five 15-minute play sessions each day to keep your pup happy and active. Our 3,600-square-foot play areas feature synthetic turf and a protective covering to offer uninterrupted playtime, regardless of weather conditions.

We also provide interactive toys and quiet spaces to satisfy your pet’s natural instincts while minimizing stress. To give you complete peace of mind, our caring team monitors your dog’s well-being closely, including eating habits, hydration, and behavior. Regular updates are provided, so you can rest assured that your furry companion is thriving during their stay.

Before Your Vacation at Pawsome Suites

What Should You Know

At Pawsome Suites, the health and safety of your pet are our top priorities. Before your pet’s stay, we require an official vaccination record from a licensed veterinarian to confirm that your pet is up-to-date on the necessary vaccinations:

• My dog/cat is spayed/neutered.

• My dog/cat is up to date on all vaccinations, including but not limited to: Rabies, Distemper, Parvovirus, Bordetella and Canine Influenza.
Food: While Pawsome Suites can provide meals if necessary, we highly recommend bringing your pet’s usual food for their stay to ensure they feel at home (and we don’t charge extra for preparing customized meals!). Switching food can lead to stomach upset, so we prefer to feed your pet the same food they are accustomed to.

Please bring only the amount your pet will need for their stay, stored in a disposable zip-lock bag.

If possible, please separate each meal into individual zip-lock bags labeled “AM” for breakfast and/or “PM” for dinner.

Kindly call or email us with feeding instructions ahead of your arrival.

Treats: For safety reasons, we do not accept treats such as greenies or anything that could pose a risk to your pet while staying with us. These will be securely stored until you pick up your pet. Additionally, we offer a variety of tasty Pet Deli treats available for purchase in our retail area for your pet to enjoy.

Medications: We can administer oral or topical medications, but not injections. Please provide any prescription medications in their original containers with clear written instructions. Medications must be kept separate from food.

Please contact us via phone or email with medication details before your arrival.

Bedding: We provide Kuranda beds in our Standard Suites and soft bedding in our Luxury Suites. If you prefer, we also offer pet mats and orthopedic beds. We recommend sending machine-washable blankets or bedding from home to help your pet feel comfortable. If you bring a large bed or stuffed bedding, please note that size limitations may apply, and it may not be washable.

Toys: You’re welcome to bring up to three of your pet’s favorite toys from home! We have a large variety of toys, including balls, tug toys, squeaky toys, and Kongs, available for playtime, so we suggest bringing toys that your pet will enjoy cuddling with or chewing on during their stay.

Bowls: No need to bring food or water bowls! We provide freshly cleaned stainless steel dishes for your pet daily. If your pet requires a slow feeder or elevated bowl, you’re welcome to bring those as well.

Pawsome Suites has built a trusted reputation for delivering exceptional care to the pets in our care. To further demonstrate our dedication to providing top-tier pet services, we offer an additional benefit that reflects our commitment to quality. Our Pawsome Pet Care Assurance covers veterinary expenses for illnesses or injuries that may occur during your pet’s stay with us. All pets receiving care at Pawsome Suites are automatically covered by this assurance. The maximum reimbursement is $500 per visit, with a yearly limit of $1,000. The Pawsome Pet Care Assurance is available for a small fee of just $1 per pet, per day, which will be automatically included in the owner’s bill.
