Meet Our Team
Dr. Zia
Dr. Zia is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, and USDA Emergency preparedness (USDA Accredited). His passion lies in developing a good relationship to pet owners as well as guidance and support to keep your best friends healthy and happy.
He enjoys meeting new pets and their families, helping them stay healthy, and aiding in their recovery. He enjoys the broad spectrum of medicine and surgery that a general practice provides. He is also very happy with the hospital which allows us to provide the best care in a pet-centered, client friendly, and reduced stressed environment.
Sami Sheik
Sami Sheik strongly believes that pets offer unconditional love, companionship, and a kind of emotional support that words often fail to express. Whether it's the wag of a tail, the purr of a cat, or the playful chirps of a bird, pets have a way of brightening even the dullest days. They teach patience, responsibility, and the simple joy of living in the moment.
Sami's love for pets goes beyond just having them around — it’s about the deep connection, the mutual trust, and the happiness they bring into his life. "Every pet has its own unique personality, and getting to know them, understanding their quirks, and seeing them thrive fills my heart with an unmatched warmth."
Lori Habalou
Lori Habalou has been around pets all her life. According to Lori, kittens and puppies grab her heart and as they grow so does her love for them. She has grandpups and grand cats. All a parts of her family.
Kristen Ramirez
Kristen Ramirez has worked in the pet care industry since 2009. She has completed her veterinary assistant certification, loves her work and couldn’t see herself doing anything else.
David Little
David grew up around animals his entire life. Not just the domestic type, but being very aware and respectful of the variety of wild animals common to south Texas as well. Though he spent most of his life in Houston, David had many cousins in several small towns and kept a variety of farm animals as well. He learned to take care of not just the dogs and cats, but horses, sheep, goats, pigs, and a variety of other animals that populated the barnyard. David has been a pet parent to many dogs and cats over many years, training and socializing them for not just their safety, but for their overall happiness as well.
Elsa
Elsa is the cat manager who loves to cuddle, eat n sleep. Her hobbies are sitting in the windows and stare outside and claims every new cushion or piece of cloth belongs to her
Rani
Rani is the energetic adventurer! She loves her naps just as much as chasing after her favorite toys. Always on the move, she is super active and never misses a chance to leap onto shelves, climb to the highest spots, or zoom across the room like a little rocket. Her days are a mix of playful chaos and cozy naps, and she brings life to every corner!
